String cheese: 1 ounce

Cheese, sliced: 1 ounce

Almonds: 1/4 cup

Edamame: 1/2 cup

Deli turkey: 2–3 ounces

Almond butter: 1–2 tablespoons

Greek yogurt: 1 cup
